The requesting third party may be required to provide photographic evidence or permit visual inspection of the Limited Edition Fine Art Print to assist in authentication.

The original purchaser cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts; or
Consent to disclose full personal details is refused or not obtained;
and where the artist is not available to personally authenticate the work, disclosure shall be strictly limited to the purchaser’s surname and general postal region only, solely for the purpose of assisting in establishing provenance.
