Production & Shipping

  1. Production Times

It is our objective to complete production and dispatch of your artwork within approximately fourteen (14) days from the date of order confirmation (the “Estimated Dispatch Period”).

The Estimated Dispatch Period reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality control, together with, where applicable, our reliance upon third-party suppliers for framing materials where a framed product has been selected.

Due to the inherent characteristics of fine art printing, including natural variations in printer pigments and paper batches, every order requires individual colour adjustment and test printing. Such processes are undertaken to ensure consistency, accuracy of reproduction, and adherence to our established standards of care and quality.

Upon dispatch of your order, a confirmation email shall be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Delays

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to adhere to the Estimated Dispatch Period, this timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

In rare and unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to periods of serious or chronic illness affecting production capacity, dispatch may be delayed. In the event that such circumstances materially affect your order, you shall be notified by email at the earliest reasonable opportunity in order to discuss appropriate arrangements, which may include revised delivery timeframes or alternative mutually agreed solutions.
