Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Ruturns & Refunds:

Limited Edition Fine Art Prints

All orders received are for custom on-demand photographic limited edition artworks, that would not otherwise have been produced. As such, the right to cancellation under Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 does not apply.

No returns accepted unless goods are damaged prior to or at point of delivery

Standard Prints

You have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original wrapping and/or packaging.

You must contact us in writing (email) to arrange a return within the 14 day period: contact@stevecatlettphotography.com

2. Colour Representation

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accurate representation of artwork, colours displayed on digital screens may vary from the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings.

All screens used in the production process are regularly calibrated, genuine branded pigment inks are used, and appropriate ICC colour profiles are applied to high-quality papers to ensure faithful reproduction of the original image.

A strict quality control process is undertaken prior to dispatch. Accordingly, returns or refunds will not be offered on the basis of perceived or minor colour variation that does not constitute a fault within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Your notification must include:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault

  • Photographic evidence of the original packaging

All orders that are delivered and confirmed as undamaged, or where we have not been informed of any courier damage within 48 hours of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will no longer be replaced by us for free on return of the damaged item for disposal.

Items must be returned in their original packaging or suitably protective replacement packaging.

Limited Edition Artwork

Limited Edition Artwork must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.

Defects caused during any onward framing or mounting process are the responsibility of the customer, no refund or replacement shall be issued for prints damaged in this way

4. Return Shipping

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

No shipping costs will be included in a refund unless the product is returned due to damage.

The maximum refund for shipping costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive shipping method we offer.

You are responsible for the payment of any import customs charges, duties, tariffs and taxes, whether local or international.

5. Cancellation

All orders are ‘printed on demand’ as such it is imperative any decision to cancel your order is conveyed to us in writing (email) at the earliest opportunity: contact@stevecatlettphotography.com

Limited Edition Artwork

Once production has commenced, an order may be cancelled, but you will still remain liable for 40% of the initial invoice minus shipping costs.
